The three-star and a half, the spirit of spirit is loyal to the 95 theater version, using the advantages of live performances, trying to add emotional dimension. In addition to maintaining high visual fidelity, there are several scenes that are exactly the same as the 95 version. We are also discussing the relationship and differences between humans and machines, but in order to cater to Western audiences, some Eastern philosophies are also biased towards Western thinking. This is a commercial compromise. But among the Japanese adaptations of Hollywood, it is still a surprise that deserves encouragement.

It was originally impossible to condense a work with complicated settings, stories and depth of meaning into a two-hour commercial film. However, I think the director clearly understands this point. He did not condense it in a self-righteous manner. Instead, he took a coherent and simple version of the story seriously. Coupled with excellent special effects, no matter what the truth is, there will always be 3 stars. . If the adaptation requires effort, one more star is given to the director's steadfastness.

Batou: You got no heart.
