Margot's wonderful acting is the biggest highlight of the whole film. The whole film is brought into the story in a second-person perspective, with occasional interactions and lots of long takes to better bring the whole story into it. However, there are so many things that the film has to express, from educational inequality, domestic violence, reflection on the Olympic catwalk, the problem of class solidification in the United States, the negative impact of the media on social problems, and so on, each point can be expanded very much. It's very open, so it is not easy to make Tanya's life into a biography, and this film does not seem to choose between several points, it seems to use a booth display method, the film Cut each section to show each point in turn. However, this makes the theme of the film a bit confusing, and the priority is unclear.
But the actor's acting skills are quite good, and Margot should be able to win the next Oscar nomination, because the complexity of this role is very high, so it is very difficult to restore. But no doubt she did it very well. This should be Margot's most successful breakthrough in recent years.
