The film's insinuation of religious belief and interpretation of belief psychology is very powerful, and its depth is higher than that of most American animations, and the rich metaphors and details in the film, as well as the exquisite scene atmosphere of each scene, make people admire.
However, the film did not dig deeply on the theme of religion. It ended with wars of human beings and large group sex, and used sex and violence to fill the gap of religious belief. It is not the best choice after no religion. On this point, Americans are not as easy to figure out as Chinese people who are not very religious in the first place. Without religion, they don't have to fuck everyone they know to vent frantically. At this point, the theme of the film confuses the relationship between true self-belief, the moral system that keeps society functioning, and religious belief, which is uncomfortable in terms of values.
At the end of the story, when such a massacre could not be solved and explained, it moved out and crossed the hasty ending, which was a bit snarky.
But no matter how you dare to do such a theme in the United States, it is admirable.
