Still concise and powerful

Mel Gibson also has another famous film called Braveheart, which I heard of when I was in junior high school. At that time, they said, this film is very pornographic, and I am a good student, so I don’t watch it. After a few years, the pornography of American blockbusters is no longer a big deal to me. They said that this film is very bloody. Violence, I was afraid of the blood and chaos on the screen, so I still didn't watch it, so I haven't watched this famous Oscar until today. They said that the Passion of the Christ is also super bloody, but seeing so many good reviews, many people said that it was very shocking, so they wanted to take a look. After reading it, I gave it four stars. In fact, I meant to give it three and a half stars, but there is no way to give it a half star. The blood is true. Fortunately, after a few years, I discovered that perhaps because of my medical studies, I became somewhat resistant to these things.
Let me first guess that although I have never seen Braveheart, the two films made by the same director may have some similarities. The scenes are big and the performance is very tense, and everything is done to the best of my ability. Come out, lest there are things the filmmakers want to say will not be seen by the audience.
The color of the picture and the soundtrack make this film look very gorgeous and grand, like an opera performed in a magnificent theater. Undoubtedly, the real Jesus suffered a great deal, and even such a bloody film is not enough to express (one in a hundred?). But the various elements in this: suffering, little hesitation in the woods, confidence, the belief in triumph behind the suffering, and even the joy at the extreme of suffering, can they be accurately expressed by pictures, words, and music? Is suffering just physical pain? (As the movie focuses on) In this respect, the biblical text is much better than the movie: conciseness, except for the simplicity of all branches and leaves, without the blood, sweat, hideous faces, and bloodstained faces that hit the eyeballs. Kind expression. God loves the world and even gave them his only-begotten Son, so that everyone who believes in him will not perish but have eternal life. (John 3:16) For those who believe in Christ, simple sentences are sufficient to express the truth. And these are just skin looks. The Bible is apocalyptic, the movie is made by humans, the shots can be cut, and the actors can be changed. If you cut out those bloodshot shots and replace them with a few plain-looking actors, will they have the power to shock the soul? ? If not, is it divine power or human power?
