Small cost brings big surprise

I didn't expect anything from this movie before watching it. It's a typical low-budget production, no publicity, no big gimmicks, or even a better poster. No big-name stars, no bloody shots, no dazzling stunts, no surprise soundtrack. The German director led a group of American actors to sincerely tell this story, which was adapted from a real event. Faced with the powerless but powerful desire of human beings to survive in the face of the huge natural situation, the selfishness and warmth of human nature are exposed here, and the small cost brings unexpected surprises. move.
I haven't seen the previous work with poor reputation. When I watch this movie, it reminds me of the rotten Poseidon that was released at the same time. The production cost of this movie may not be worth as much as the props in the Poseidon, but regardless of the script, the control of the camera, and the performance of the actors, everything in this movie is much better than that gimmicky big bad movie.
