The director goes to extremes and the audience is very passive

If it weren't for the scene where two FBI agents seem to be driving to the police station at the beginning of the film, the audience would certainly not have preconceived that these two are good people, and the shock of the truth being revealed later in the film would be greatly reduced.

However, we must admit that in order to shock, the director went too far and did not hesitate to falsify the facts! Just imagine if you're the real or fake FBI, and now you don't need to record anything as evidence, it's necessary to pretend to drive to the police station instead of loving (as in the final scene of the film).
