inner pain

The rhythm of the film itself is relatively slow, so don't try it if you don't like literary films. Our life is fast paced, different from the US. It's like you don't think you can chew a salad in your mouth for more than 1 minute, and you can raise your hand holding a fork at a slow pace and point to the opposite side and say, you are beautiful.

I have always felt that people who are strong on the surface and vulnerable on the inside are really tired of living. Play "this guy" at work and "the other guy" when you get home. Also, from time to time, try to maintain relationships with other people, even your own relatives. Because everyone doesn't seem to care about themselves, doesn't seem to be proud of themselves, and lacks a sense of self-existence in their eyes.

Harrison performed well in No Country for Old Men, and this film is also not bad. Ha fans can try it.

The director wanted to show the chaos, boredom and pain of a policeman's life, but the whole film gradually became chaotic and boring.

This is the best character I have seen in all recent years. I do find the style very similar to Shame. Hmm, weird.

Rampart quotes

  • Helen: [to Dave Brown] You're a dinosaur, Date Rape. You're a classic racist, a bigot, a sexist, a womanizer, a chauvinist, a misanthrope, homophobic clearly, or maybe you don't like yourself.

  • Dave Brown: [to Kyle Timkins] I've been up the river, motherfucker, when you were still sucking on your mama's tit.
