What I don't know about the inside story of the serious crime team

A spinoff of Crime Stoppers, and since I like the old sweetie who always likes to say "thank you" so much, I decided to give it a shot. What's more, before the derivative, how happy this group was!
I just finished watching four episodes, and I have many doubts in my heart.
First, I can understand that the handsome black guy who accidentally made a girlfriend in the last drama moved across the road with Sweet Boss. But what I don't know is why and when did the black beauty who was dubbed S's "BBF" by the white-haired grandpa come? I seem to remember she was pregnant when she first came out, right? Why did that awkward child give birth before she got the mother? ! If it wasn't the same person, I would be a mess. And where is the Director? Did you get promoted, or did you also go across the road? Also, that white-haired grandfather seems to have become a lot more heroic after the previous leader left, but why do you interact with your "girlfriend" Mr. F so at least? I love the loving interaction between you so much, but why is it gone? Why did the awkward kid from the first episode to the fourth season linger? Is this a long-term role? Why doesn't he go to some place like the Social Welfare Department, the IT guy who troubles honestly and makes money every day, who can explain to me what kind of insider and insider is this? Isn't sweet husband going to Washington D.C or something? Why do you still hang around for a while every episode? what about this? Your wife is gone, don't you want a wife to sing and her husband to follow? The last thing I want to know is, does this show have a main character? If it's Sister S, why does everyone appear in the camera at the same time in each episode, except for the three minutes at the end of course. Is it because the monitoring team within the police station has strict requirements for this?
Having said so much, what I want to express is very simple. This spin-off drama is a little weak, a little messy and a little confused so far.
Although I understand that Sister S wants to sweep away her predecessor's irregularities after she came, but the trial process has been organized like "Law and Order", which deviates from the original intention of continuing the show. Sister S, although I understand your style of doing things and speaking, but after watching it for a long time, you will feel a little bit of accent. The four cases so far are not very powerful. I hope the screenwriter can work harder? Otherwise I'll go to the crime scene, which is about to start anyway.
Last but not least, let's talk about the fortune-teller who appeared in episode 4. I just want to say DiNozzo, you're here to do this, does your boss G know? You are having a good time, but can you explain it when you go back?

At least I still like it, or is it really irresistible to this type of drama?

It's definitely not five stars, but the team's emotional points make up. Don't worry about running in at all, it must be recovered in a second. Rusty sidelines are smart and look forward to going.
