This is a dream

"This is a dream" is my first instinct after watching this film. The following is entirely my personal understanding, don't spray if you don't like it.

①Dream master (son): The three brothers may be the same person, the reality is the boss, and the two younger brothers are the two kinds of selves in the dream.

②Father: At the beginning of the film, it was their father. He has been on the road (busy in business), so he didn't take care of the family well, and his wife was separated. In the end, he didn't catch the train (departed from the world), and his son did not fulfill his responsibilities, so he just ran away and watched his father give up.

③Dream scenes (in this case, I won’t say “in the movie”): They have been chasing the train (stress), carrying luggage (burdened), and they can’t understand each other (contradictions)...Of course, there are also affair (dream master) YY), snakes (implying mysterious powers), saving people (eager to be recognized), being invited to a funeral (to make up for my regret that my father’s funeral was delayed only because of the sports car), and other things of my father…belts, glasses, suitcases, etc.…if When I understood the director's intention as a dream, I understood it instantly.

④ Mother: It may be a fictional fantasy, in other words, the son has never seen his mother or has no impression of her! The dream owner (son) should be quite autistic, and he likes to go to the top of a hill to have a conversation with his father who told him it was a feather left by his mother. In the dream, the mother left without saying goodbye, but faintly appeared on the top of another mountain with a white elephant in the distance... This is a dream of searching for a mother, or an overlap of the dream of searching for a mother from childhood to adulthood.

⑤What is the dream master (son) afraid of? It may be fear of having another child (because he does not want to become but he is already following the path of his father), or it should be (just like his father) cheating on his pregnant wife on his back, but still eavesdropping on the "wife" (or Other people's phone calls have also been used by assistants and even detectives... The dream owner is afraid that he will become the father he hates since childhood, but sees himself becoming a father step by step and is helpless. Not to mention that the dream master is a scumbag---in fact, everyone has faults and is vulnerable.

⑥Luggage, this is a very abstract concept. I don’t know if anyone has counted the total number of luggage and changes in shape. And even for such a long journey (dreamland), except for briefcases and luggage, I almost never opened it. In this dream, baggage is a symbol of status and an endorsement of pressure (in the end, both were awakened and abandoned by the dream owner). You and I have such baggage (as if used to restrain yourself).

Again, this is just my own personal opinion. But if I follow this method, I can understand many of the incomprehensible and even some exaggerated and crazy scenes.

I hope some friends will approve such a bold analysis and smile. Also hope to be supplemented. I am also a dreamer and like to record dreams.

Play a game, an episode, miss a game, experience a game, and then leave your luggage and return to your hometown. This is the meaning of travel. How can this film be only 7.6 points?
