In 29 minutes and 20 seconds of the movie, it was mentioned that the heroine was writing a children’s book before. I think this book was actually written by her. The death of her husband and the child’s ignorance made her very distressed. She was under a lot of mental pressure. Insomnia. In addition to her own creation, Babadook, she herself has a certain tendency to schizophrenia. In fact, Babadook itself does not exist. The so-called children can see Babadook. Actually, I think it’s just because he knows that there is a Babadook on his mother, and he is mentally ill. Only the two of them can see it when they come and go. The so-called Babadook, in the end, because the love of the child and the mother defeated the demons, the mother hid Babadook in the basement forever. In the end, I actually thought it was a psychological thriller, but I was a little disappointed because I was a horror movie.

I love cinephile horror movies. Mélière and Expressionism. Delicate, sophisticated, solid and sincere.
