Can you not follow blindly?

I vaguely remember that after the screening of "Hero" many years ago, I got a bunch of bad reviews. I hadn't seen this movie at that time, so I didn't have a say.
Today, many years later, I watched Zhang Yimou's films in recent years, three of them-"The City is Full of Golden Armor", "Heroes", and "Ambush on Ten Sides".
If you really watch a movie and don't care who the director is, then you can make a correct judgment. I personally think that among the three titles, "Hero" is the best, "Ambush on Ten Sides" is the second, and "Full of Golden Armor in the City" is the second best.
The plot of "Full of Golden Armor in the City" has too many plots, and the application of "Thunderstorm" is not creative and pursues the big scene too much.
"Ambush on Ten Sides" has a very good scenery. It can be regarded as a landscape film. The plot turn is too sudden and the emotions are not moving.
"Hero" except for the logic of expression is a bit asshole, the others are excellent. That is, from the perspective of film art, "Hero" is quite good.
From the perspective of the storyline, there are no major loopholes, but rather interesting. It's a bit of an ancient dragon novel. The Ting Chang played by Jet Li and King Qin told more than two versions of the same story. Suspense is intriguing.
This film is no longer satisfied with expressive aesthetics, and aesthetics such as color are weak. Artistic conception and realm are not only the key words mentioned in the film, but also the prominent expression of the film. There are two parts that are amazing. One is the length of the pavilion and the sky. Two people come and go in the sound of the piano, which truly expresses the principle of the connection between Kendo and Qindao. The most amazing thing is that the pavilion chief and the remnant sword are competing on the lake. The lake is clear, surrounded by mountains, and the forests are colorful. How can they compare swords with each other? It is a Chinese painting. The sword is dipped in the water, like a pen dipped in ink. What the two people dance is not a sword but a painting. Kendo and painting are also connected. And all of this is expressed through the film, and the way of the film is also the same as the kendo.
Can Jian, Feixue, and Chang Kong’s emotional entanglements seem to have known each other before, yes, "Evil in the East". The vastness of the desert Gobi, the ethereal clothes, the entangled love and hatred of true and false, these are so similar to "Evil and West Poison", the difference is that it is not as obscure as "Evil and West Poison".
If there is any failure, it is that the logic is too bastard, it is entirely the logic of the ruler-the leader can't kill, it kills the chaos of the world. Leaders like this kind of movie the most.
Even if King Qin is killed, the six nations will still be unified. After the death of a King Qin, there will be thousands of successors to complete this matter.
In conclusion, this is a very beautiful movie, not the kind of beautiful scenery, but the beauty of the upper realm. It's worth taking a closer look.

If there are foreign friends who want to watch Chinese movies, I recommend Heroes.

It's really not as bad as the legends say. If you want to blame it, you can blame "Golden Armor", "Wuji" and "Night Banquet".
