"There are Eyes in the Mountain": When plasma becomes the reason for us to watch movies

Does anyone remember Kubrick's "Doctor Strange Love", the background of the Cold War, a weapon sufficient to destroy the world, especially the melodious and slightly naughty music, all of which constitute the power of irony. When the mushroom cloud rises magnificently in the sky, human beings will go toward self-destruction.
I have to admit that the director of "Eyes from the Mountain" borrowed from the "Dr. Strange Love" in the production of the beginning of the film. Feeling the coolness rising from the bottom of my heart, and the free music of the 1950s and 1960s in the United States pushed this cruelty of the Cold War to a trial position. With this title alone, "An Eye Behind the Mountain" should be a pretty good film.
But the reflection is only limited to the title, this is the biggest sadness of the film, so a bloody killing began.
The dry and hot New Mexico has always been a place where terrorist events can be written because of the large wasteland. When a family drove a RV alone in the Gobi, all the audience expected was the killing, no reflection, no sarcasm. All the shock left over from the opening of the film will be gone, replaced by an inexplicable duel, a duel visualized by a sharp axe and blood on the rocks.
Of course, the bedding is always the prelude to the duel. Just like the padding of a boxing match, people wearing protective clothing are ruthlessly killed like straws. Those who have been mutated by nuclear radiation appear unreservedly in front of the audience. Show their power and cruelty with a powerful and brutal behavior. This just determines the tone of the film. All audiences will be crazy about this tone, and they will try to use imaginary violence to verify their ability to bear it.
But the violence did not come as quickly as imagined. Using some unstable factors to create an atmosphere of horror is the usual trick in this kind of film. After the car broke down, the dog named Beauty was hollowed out, and there were countless vehicles stacked in the crater (actually an explosion pit). Everything indicates that disaster is approaching. Finally, the old father was attacked at the gas station, blood splattered on the car window, but how can this little blood volume satisfy the bloodthirsty hearts of the audience?
The cruelty that followed was not measured by blood. In the RV, the mutant raped his sister, shot his mother and sister, and took away the young baby. Not far from the car, the brother and brother-in-law were trying Rescue the father who has been burned into a barbecue. I have to admit that this scene was quite successful. All the brutality suddenly broke out at this moment, and the family immediately fell from heaven to hell. But unfortunately, the success of this scene is not perfect. The dead dog, the dead father and the people wearing protective clothing who died in the film all made the audience psychologically immune to the outbreak of the scene, so they were still not strong enough. But even so, it definitely reminds the audience that the food they have eaten earlier is still in their throats.
What follows is a war. The plot is already destined to take shape in the hearts of all audiences, so the story has become extremely pale here, and only bloody scenes are forcing the audience to have a cannibalistic feast. The axe, the severed limbs, and the dark and sticky plasma. Of course, the director used a baby to strengthen this cruelty, and a kind-hearted mutant little girl to weaken this horror, but everything only proved one point. The audience was Plasma attracted and lost the introspection of the nuclear cold war in the opening. The mutants are not worthy of sympathy. Their acts of treacherous murder, chop and cannibalism can only explain their terribleness, and this kind of retaliatory cruelty makes the audience fundamental There is no time to imagine their suffering.
Fun, for every bloodthirsty audience, this is the only possibility that the film can convey. When we pay attention to how the plasma spews, when we care about how to add a sword and axe, we lose our thinking and become as cold and ruthless as a beast, and it is the director’s pale and feeble lens language that causes this situation. .
Of course, this film also puts a lot of effort into the reflection on the nuclear cold war. In addition to the ironic method of plagiarizing "Dr. Strange Love" in the opening paragraph, the car in the explosion pit shows the sad and mutant people buried in the American civilization. The national flag on top of the head even more embodies the shame of the nuclear cold war killing civilians, but all of this is submerged by the red viscous liquid soaking clothes, so what we only saw is a third-rate plasma horror film It is useless except to cater to the potential violence of mankind!

Like this piece. Dust-covered doll models posing in the house the illusion of a normal family, and deformed little girls stealing red hoodies of children in the normal world, are very poignant. The two dogs "Beauty and the Beast". The beauty is dead and the beast is alive. Is it a metaphor? The suicide of the bad old man at the gas station did not explain clearly.

Some scenes and settings are really like Fallout 3.
