The real enemy is oneself

Locke finished watching the movie~
A movie where only a man driving a car is making calls, but it is so wonderful that it makes people breathe.
Within an hour and a half, this man lost his family, marriage, and job, and everything in his life collapsed instantly, just because of his persistent belief: to be a man worthy of his personality. Some people will question: as long as he tells a little lie and does something against his will, he can maintain the balance of his life, but he chooses to tell the truth, is spurned, hated, despised, and has lost his loved ones and former partners. The trust is too unworthy.
But is it true? Even though this lie is only known by the heavens and by the self, the betrayal of one's dignity is far more terrifying than being abandoned by the world in my opinion. Life exists in the world, and a bottom line must be drawn for oneself. Under no circumstances can it be crossed. , Because dignity is life, which is the value of being a person. If you lose it once, you lose your qualifications to be a person. Even if you keep your material existence, you are just a walking dead.
I have to praise Tang Laoshi’s acting skills, the pain and struggle in depression, full of emotional tension, so that the 90 minutes that I thought would be dull and difficult to grasp the hearts of the audience, every minute is wonderful.

The one-man show was played to the fullest by Lao Shi, and the ups and downs of life were reflected in the closed space through the intensive calls.

Wonderful! Although only eighty minutes or so, the director (screenwriter) Steven Knight succeeded in taking an architect's embarrassing daily life into a thrilling "24 hours". Tom Hardy's performance was great, very convincing and contagious. It is said that his cold is real. My son's phone call made me cry. I want to include it in this year's top ten.
