I don't know what the film says or shows to others, but to me it's a horrifying glimpse of my own vanity. See how you are being misled by your own emotions, your so-called logic, and even all kinds of objective evidence. Through the flesh-and-blood eyes and trembling rationality of human beings, how much of the so-called objectivity and truth can be seen clearly?
The film uses a most objective, repetitive image to show you your prejudices, self-righteousness, and delusions, and allows you to see for yourself your stupid wriggling consciousness and reason, like the full juice of a ripe berry, is So flexible and unreliable.
Beginning to realize that you are unbelievable may be the beginning of believing in yourself.
