I say you are a classic

Recently, "Ratatouille" is very popular, and everyone has mixed praises and criticisms about its plot, but they are all admired for Pixar's technology without exception. They always mention "Monster Company" when they mention the clear and realistic hair of the mouse. It is true that this film a long time ago has caused quite a sensation at the time, and it has become the unsurpassed peak of the 3D animation industry at that time.

Recently I went home and watched this film carefully. Sitting in thin clothes in front of the computer, he was unwilling to blink. As the fur monster and Abu separated, he sighed and sighed until the whole body was cold.

The power of the classics is endless. Although this is a bit exaggerated, the magnificent and gorgeous imagination in the film, the ingenious combination of sensationalism and humor, the wonderful combination of the story line, and the suspense have made me more surprised and happy than I imagined.

From the speechless Abu to the monster world, that world was a mess. It turns out that monsters are afraid of children! Just like we are afraid of them. In the eyes of the monster's world, humans who don't have hair are just big monsters that can breathe fire, emit laser light in their eyes, and can kill people—oh, I'm sorry that the monsters bite to death! I really can't help but look at this. I will never be afraid of horror movies anymore! Maybe those ghost sisters who stick out their tongues, wear white robes and drape their hair, also come out to scare ignorant teenagers like us to make money~ I think Sadako must be the well-deserved number one in the ghost world! Mr. Dracula may be a heartthrob, countless ghosts of all sizes are guarding his downstairs asking for a precious tooth mark...

Pulling away, ha ha. Come back to our lovely Abu and Mr. Mao Wei. When Mr. Mao Kitty discovered that this little monster was not dangerous, he gradually developed feelings for her, especially when he discovered that the sinister Lan Dao wanted to kidnap Abu, he desperately protected Abu and let her return to his home. . But it never occurred to him that the boss of Monster Power Company was actually the master behind the Blue Island terror experiment, and he even wanted to kidnap children for the terror experiment to generate electricity. The unidentified fur monster and the one-eyed ball (sorry forgot what they called) were pushed into the Himalayas through a door by the boss. They were cruelly banished!

In this icy and snowy world, they unexpectedly met the white-haired monster who had been exiled before. That guy was happy all day and could make lemon-flavored ice cream. Hearing that the monster Mao rushed to the small village at the foot of the mountain and went back to the monster world through those magical doors, he saved Abu in time and defeated the evil Landao and the boss.

At this time, a powerful character appeared on the scene. It turned out that the old aunt who was expressionless and emphasized the weird data department turned out to be the boss of those like the Flying Tigers, working as an undercover agent in the power company! Although this aunt played for a short time, she showed her fists in the last tidbits. She appeared out of places where she shouldn’t appear again and again, saying in her standard dry and evil voice time and time again: "its me!", laughing over the audience.

The bad guy is defeated, and Abu is going home. The white wooden door with patterns was also shattered after Abu returned home. Abu will never see the big kitty anymore. One-eyed looked at the sad Mao monster without speaking. He picked up a small fragment of the door on the ground and placed it in the Mao monster's hand.
If the movie ends here, it's not Hollywood.

After that, the Mao monsters were inspired to transform the power company into a factory that collects laughter. The monsters that were ready to frighten people did their best to make the children laugh. The big dinosaur was fitted with false teeth that would laugh nonstop, and the centipede monster practiced juggling. With a delicate and lovely tie around his neck, Mao Wei became a little boss. The last page of the work record in my hand is pasted with a picture drawn by Abu, and the small piece of wood chips from the door. The fur monster here is like a father who missed his little daughter.

Knowing it well, the one-eyed ball came to a room with the fur monster. The shattered white door was completely put together and stood in the center of the room. Monster Mao opened the work logbook with a sense of comprehension, and put the piece of sawdust on the door. The light turned on, and Monster Mao nervously opened the door. The inside was black and black. He poked his head in carefully: "Abu?" "Kitty", a small voice came from the room, and the big hairy face of the furry monster instantly bloomed like a flower of surprise.
The movie stopped here abruptly. We haven't seen Abu and Mao Wei happily hugging each other, but in everyone's heart they are already happily together.

Finally, I really want to make two points in particular. One is that the plot when Mao Guai mistakenly thought that Abu was crushed by the garbage processor was the cutest part of the film. The exaggerated close-ups of crushing, crushing, and slashing, together with Mao Wei’s exaggerated body language, made my heart, liver and lungs lottery.

Also, this film is not suitable to watch at mealtimes from time to time. Although the monsters in there are very cute, when you keep flashing centipede hands, earthworm faces, and slimy snot monsters in front of you, you probably won't be able to eat swallow and abalone wings.

Monsters, Inc. quotes

  • Mike: I think I have a plan here: using mainly spoons, we dig a tunnel under the city and release it into the wild.

    Sulley: Spoons?

Mike: That's it, I'm out of ideas. We're closed. Hot air balloon? Too expensive. Giant slingshot? Too conspicuous. Enormous wooden horse? Too Greek.

  • Henry J. Waternoose: This has gone far enough, James.

Sulley: She's home now. Just leave her alone!

Henry J. Waternoose: I can't do that, James. She's seen too much. You both have.

Sulley: It doesn't have to be this way.

Henry J. Waternoose: I have no choice. Times have changed. Scaring isn't enough anymore.

    Sulley: But kidnapping children?

Henry J. Waternoose: I'll kidnap a thousand children before I let this company die, and I'll silence anyone who gets in my way!

[Waternoose knocks Sulley to the ground and lunges at Boo. He instead finds the simulated child]

    Voice: Simulation terminated. Simulation terminated...

Henry J. Waternoose: [confused] Huh? But... What?

[the lights come on and it's revealed that Boo's room is really the simulation room; Mike and several CDA agents are standing behind the console]

Mike: I don't know about you guys, but I spotted several big mistakes. You know what? Let's watch my favorite part again, shall we?

[replays the tape of Waternoose over and over]
