Taking a selfie is intended to quickly share the fragments of yourself and life you have created. Self-portraits, on the other hand, are where the photographer visually declares who he is and who he aspires to be.

The guide also wrote that the silhouette that entered the first sight in the photo——

No longer quite an imprint, but not quite an image either.

Silhouettes are never pure imprints. It is both an imprint and an image—at least part of a larger image; an expression of the self and a touch with what’s around it.

Like most people, when I saw her photo for the first time, I was strongly shocked. Even as photography becomes easier and refined images more commonplace, great work transcends it and exudes a unique aura. As for life, the mainstream way cannot be suitable for everyone. A person who is obsessed with observing and recording will inevitably stray from it. It's hard to say lucky or unfortunate, but she did live up to her life.
