The first half of the film is romantic, and the second half is sensational. Another feature of Korean dramas is that there is no bad guy in the whole film, only leukemia or Alzheimer's disease. As a leader in Korean dramas, this film obviously cannot get out of this cliché. Telling every leukemia story to be tragic and romantic is the ability of Korean dramas, and I have to accept it. Just like European and American action movies, there are almost no clichés, but the cynical action stars can still keep the audience entertained.
