About life, about the hope of humanity, about love.

Many people say that people who have watched this film will be divided into two groups. If they are not particularly addicted to it, or they are especially repulsive, I just want to say that if you pay attention to every line, every expression and look in the film, you will find that from the beginning to the end. The end, the hope and the ultimate doom throughout.
The strong contrast between their personalities and lifestyles highlights the different interpretations of human nature. Often this kind of strong impact is the driving force of human instinct, no matter what the outcome is, love always exists.
Perhaps another name, "Break to the Heart" is meant to highlight this.
To tell the truth, the overall tone of this film is dark and dull, but the pace is not slow. The story is simple but conveys a lot of information, and the love between Lucy and Sid is natural but suffocating.
Maybe the end is doomed from the beginning, about life, about unquenchable love.

The whole film is indifferent, mixed with concrete-like cool colors, the paleness of the emotional reality on the edge of depository, I like it very much

The female photographer is so decadent and has a good feeling. . . The photography works are ok, but the plot is generally not felt, and I see Xiaoshou in revenge. . . So young back then. . .

High Art quotes

  • Vera: Is it the German?

  • Vera: What did you do to yourself? C'mon, tell me! What kind of problem?

Lucy: I don't know. It's not really a problem. It's more of an issue.

Vera: You just said a problem. Is it a problem? Now it's an issue. Is it a problem or an issue?

Lucy: Both. I have a love issue, and a drug problem. Or maybe I have a love problem, and a drug issue. I don't know.
