read it again

It's really too obscure and difficult to understand. The last time I watched it more than a year ago, I felt that I didn't understand it very well. Now I have read the film review and read it again. In fact, it is just talking about the effect of drugs (drugs) on people's mental state. The influence of the protagonist, the writer, takes drugs to produce hallucinations, lives in hallucinations, and can't get out. However, this illusion in the hands of director Cronenberg is really wild, wanton, genius and weird imagination, but it also shows Cronenberg's bad taste everywhere. The most amazing thing is the beetle-shaped typewriter that appeared in the illusion. The place to talk is not the head, but the hole in the back like a chrysanthemum. The first time you don't know what the movie is about, don't watch it if you're not a diehard David Cronenberg movie fan, or if you don't follow his movies.

"Exterminating all rational thoughts." that the irrational world doesn't deserve. The crazy down to the bottom William Burroughs shot me dead with one single bullet.

Naked Lunch quotes

  • Hank: See, you can't rewrite, 'cause to rewrite is to deceive and lie, and you betray your own thoughts. To rethink the flow and the rhythm, the tumbling out of the words, is a betrayal, and it's a sin, Martin, it's a sin.

  • Bill Lee: Exterminate all rational thought. That is the conclusion I have come to.
