An American theme blockbuster, perhaps more like a documentary. It's just that I appreciate the story of saving Private Ryan and the individual more than the story of the anti-Japanese espionage all day long or the one-shot success. Just watch TV to see US Marine Corps and Navy propaganda. Be proud, be marine. American navy-a global force for good. I think it's not just the high treatment that attracts young Americans to join the military, but the great respect of the entire nation for the soldiers who sacrificed for the country. Regardless of the nature of war, most soldiers, especially those at the bottom, just obey orders. Everything they do is in the service of this country. And this country, this nation, from Delaware to Philadelphia, from Minneapolis to Wyoming, from the commander to the sergeant, from the air crew to the captain, from the president to the common people, they are all thanking them in their own way. To remember the contributions made by soldiers. Americans are usually carefree, but maybe they are more serious than anyone when it comes to life. This is true American spirit - supreme respect for life.
Maybe that's why there are films like Saving Private Ryan. The Chinese may find it unbelievable. We are taught that the collective good outweighs the individual, and it is not worth sacrificing several to save one. But when it comes to life, there is no such thing as worth it. In life, there is no equivalent exchange. If sacrificing a person can bring world peace, does that person have to make sacrifices? In addition to discussing whether the exchange is worthwhile, Saving Private Ryan, I think it promotes more of a humanitarian concept, respecting every individual.
Without your witness, they just disappeared.
