Still owe a fire of warm water

The progress of the plot step by step is realistic and reasonable, and all the contradictions that have been foreshadowed have finally found a suitable flashpoint. It's just that the too bland and realistic themes make the film lose its beauty and charm as art. Barbra's portrayal isn't creepy enough. I think that as a film, if the story is relatively flat, it should have a strong narrative background, and if the background is relatively flat, there should be ups and downs in the storyline. The play between women should find the feeling of tearing each other to fight for the drama queen like in Osage County, so the whole play still owes a fire to make the originally hot water boil and roll.

Barbara Covett: People like Sheba think they know what it is to be lonely. But of the drip, drip of the long-haul, no-end-in-sight solitude, they know nothing. What it's like to construct an entire weekend around a visit to the launderette. Or to be so chronically untouched that the accidental brush of a bus conductor's hand sends a jolt of longing straight to your groin. Of this, Sheba and her like have no clue.
