First review, please bear with me.
At the beginning, the two leading actors who attracted me to watch this movie the most. Uncle Mark's acting skills are well known, and kk is the first time to sing. Secondly, the song "lost stars" by adam is very useful in terms of promotion and rendering at the end of the movie.
The film begins with the narrative and then the main narrative. It starts from the perspective of the male protagonist, then narrates the climax from the perspective of the female protagonist, and finally ends with the perspective of the male protagonist. In the beginning, the male protagonist's life was ruined. He had no job in one day. It was nothing to be beaten by a drinker. The most important thing was that the daughter witnessed everything. As a father, the most painful thing is I lost face in front of my daughter, and then the song that you are a pig came into the ears of the male protagonist. I have to say that KK's voice is really good, probably because of her husband. KK can be regarded as the top three singers in the entertainment industry. Next is the perspective of the heroine. She and her ex-boyfriend went from falling in love with her ex-boyfriend to cheating and then to being discovered. The scene in which the heroine discovers her ex-boyfriend cheating when she listens to the song can be regarded as a small climax. You can also see the female protagonist's musical talent, and with music, you can hear the voice of the singer's heart.
The next part is the climax of the film. Every inspirational film has
a very heart-warming part of "the struggle history of the hero and heroine", which is the music listening session after the hero and heroine's "little quarrel". The two people's tastes are amazingly in harmony. "Ambiguous" also starts there.
The female protagonist is beautiful, musically gifted, kind, smart, and most importantly, the female protagonist improves the relationship between the male protagonist and his daughter. Therefore, the hero's heart was also shaken a little. The vicissitudes of the male protagonist, his talent, and his co-ordination also made the female protagonist have to admit that she was moved by this old man. They are also sympathetic to each other. Both partners have cheated. For a split second, I really thought they would be together, but the director was smart and he didn't. The director must have considered it for a long time, because the original kiss scene of the male and female protagonists was cut. At the end, the male protagonist and his ex-wife are together again. Whether the heroine forgave his star boyfriend, we don't know. But it can be seen in the eyes of the ex-boyfriend after the heroine ran out from the door of the ex-boyfriend's concert that the heroine did not forgive him, and the two should just get together and leave.
At the end, when the female protagonist rides a bicycle, there is a scene where the male protagonist and his ex-wife get back together. I think it can be considered that the female protagonist saw that scene. This smile relieved a lot, relieved the five-year relationship with her ex-boyfriend, and relieved the ambiguity with the male protagonist... At the end of the Easter egg, the female protagonist bought her own record in the way she liked. From that moment on, the heroine was no longer bound and began to be herself.
There are many good details in the film, such as the musical instrument music that the male protagonist fantasizes about when the male protagonist is drunk when the male and female first meet, and there is another one that you only understand when you see the end, that is, the male protagonist smiled bitterly at the female protagonist and watched his wife and daughter enter the house. It's the bitter look in my eyes. I was very puzzled when I watched it, and I didn't realize until the end that the prototype of "Dan" in this film was the director's brother, who had passed away. My condolences...
All in all, I think this movie is very good.
