Valture sorted out the easter eggs from other episodes of "Black Mirror" that appeared in "Black Mirror: Bandersnatch". There are a total of 14 episodes! Covers most of the previous episodes!

S04E05 "Metal Head"

There are many easter eggs in the film. Another game developer, Colin Ritman’s work is called "Metl Hedd". The image and name are very similar to S04E05 "Metal Head", and "Black Mirror: Pandas" "Nike" director David Slade is the director of this episode, so it is logical to put the most obvious egg in it.

S03E01 "Nosedive"

"Nohzdyve" is also a game designed by Colin, where the player-controlled villain with the nose facing down will fall, and the nose will bump into bubbles.

The name is very similar to S03E01 "Nosedive", which literally means nose diving.

S03E04 "San Junipero" (San Junipero)

The San Junipero, the hospital where the actor Stephen performs psychotherapy, is also the name where the two heroines in "San Junipero" finally get together happily and happily.

S02E02 "White Bear"

Stephen eventually became obsessed with a symbol that looks like a flowchart and symbolizes the branches of fate. Much like the main symbol in "White Bear".

"polar bear"

S0 4E04 "Hang The DJ" (Hang The DJ) S02E01 "Be Right Back"

S04E01 "USS Callister"

S01E02 "Fifteen Million Merits" (Fifteen Million Merits)

In one of the branch endings, the "Sun" published a report of Stephen killing his father. The three reports on the right each have hidden mysteries.

The first "Love Machine": "BRB company is developing the future "love machine", the developers hope to find their best partner for people. For more information, see page 20".

The love machine sounds like the plot of S04E04 "Hanged DJ"; and the abbreviation of S02E01 "Be Right Back" is "BRB".

The second part of "Space Fleet": "The long-awaited Chapter 3 of "Space Fleet" has been broadcast. Popular science fiction TV shows continue to win the audience's favor. See page 12 for the full review."

"Space Fleet" is the favorite show of the crazy protagonist Robert Daly in S04E01 "Carlister".

In addition, in another ending of "Black Mirror: Bandersnatch", the timeline of the story is located in our modern era. TV reports say that the members of the "Space Fleet" crew reunited at the Emmy Awards.

The third "15 million talent team": "The "Hot Shot" talent show opened a new series in early 1985. If you are talented, please refer to page 10 for details."

The title pays tribute to S01E02 "Fifteen Million Merits", and talent also hints at the plot of this episode. In that dystopian entertainment future, people can only escape slavery through the show "Hot Shot".

S01E01 "The National Anthem"

The first episode of the "Black Mirror" series that everyone is impressed is the episode where the British Prime Minister was forced to have sex with a pig. This easter egg is not easy to find. In Tuckersoft game company, on the corridor wall outside the boss's office, there is a poster of a game called "Pig in a Poke".

In the ending of the modern branch of "Black Mirror: Bandersnatch", the news reports on TV are also full of easter eggs below:

"Former Prime Minister Michael Carlo won the "British Charity Baking" contest."

Michael Carlo is the prime minister of S01E01; "British Charity Baking" is a celebrity baking competition launched by the BBC. Each program invites four celebrity guests to participate in the baking competition and wins the title of "Star Baker" through the pastry making competition.

S03E06 "Hated in the Nation"

Small print news report: "Granular company unveils pollinator drone prototype".

In "Public Enemy", "pollinating drones" is an extremely bad idea.

S02E03 "The Waldo Moment" (The Waldo Moment)

Small print news report: "Liam Monroe enters Buckingham Palace".

Tobias Menkis played the role of Conservative Liam Monroe and appeared in S02E03 "The Valdo Moment".

S04E03 "Crocodile"

The last news report: "British police test breakthrough memory recall device", which obviously echoes S04E03 "Crocodile". In that story, a woman tried to hide from police investigators that she had killed someone and then abandoned the car and fled. Criminal facts.

S04E06 "Black Museum" (Black Museum)

"Black Museum"

The name stalk is used here. The full name of Dr. Haynes that Stephen went to see was "R. Haynes", much like the museum owner "Rolo Haynes" in "The Black Museum". Rollo used to be the representative of TCKR's Neuro R&D Department. Then you can start thinking, how closely are these stories connected? Is Rollo the son of Doctor Haynes? Or her brother?

S03E02 "The Ultimate Player" (Playtest)

Unlike other easter eggs, this easter egg appeared in the previous episode of "Black Mirror". In S03E02 "The Ultimate Player", the protagonist who participated in the horror game test and was finally scared to death has a copy of "Edge Magazine". The cover of the magazine mentions that the game "Bandersnatch" will be reviewed.

For this movie that is always playing on the timeline, this "pre-painted egg" is really appropriate.

It also raises a bigger question: in "Black Mirror: Bandersnatch", what possible "Black Mirror" season 5 easter eggs are hidden?

Black Mirror: Bandersnatch quotes

  • Stefan Butler: I've actually had a bit of breakthrough with the game. I think I'd got bogged down before, but now I can see.

Dr. Haynes: So you finally finished it?

Stefan Butler: Finished, delivered, everything. I'd been trying to give the player too much choice. So I just went back and stripped loads out. And now they've only got the illusion of free will, but really, I decide the ending.

Dr. Haynes: And is it a happy ending?

    Stefan Butler: I think so.

  • Mohan Thakur: There's messages in every game. Like Pac-Man. Do you know what PAC stands for? P-A-C: "program and control." He's Program and Control Man the whole things a metaphor, he thinks he's got free will but really he's trapped in a maze, in a system, all he can do is consume, he's pursued by demons that are probably just in his own head, and even if he does manage to escape by slipping out one side of the maze, what happens? He comes right back in the other side. People think it's a happy game, it's not a happy game, it's a fucking nightmare world and the worst thing is it's real and we live in it. It's all code. If you listen closely, you can hear the numbers. There's a cosmic flowchart that dictates where you can and where you can't go. I've given you the knowledge. I've set you free. Do you understand?
