In fact, I think the best film in the apartment trilogy is the Devil's Baby, but apart from production, the three are really unified: in fact, it is loneliness in the final analysis, the loneliness of living in a foreign land, and the painful heart has nowhere to rest. Loneliness is the loneliness of living in a world full of people but nowhere to place emotions. The virgin's contradiction of sexual desire and rejection has caused her to be divided and twisted in this male-female world, the mental state of pregnant women is getting worse and worse as their physical condition deteriorates, and the introverted shy youth is unable to be in himself and the world around him.
