The male protagonist, as a train driver, was inspired by his lover to enlist in the army, but was rejected because of his career. His girlfriend's father and brother misunderstood him and left him alone. The Northern Army spy carjacked the car and had a girlfriend. He chased after him and chased him all the way to the south to rescue his girlfriend and rushed back to report the news. All the way to safety, obstructing the enemy, reporting news, helping to repel the enemy, capturing the enemy officer and finally getting what he wanted, enlisting to become an officer, hugging and kissing with his lover.
The last part is all kinds of self-defeating, choreographed surprises to achieve comic effect.
