A touch of sadness but full of passion

The French really are the most romantic people in the world. The middle-aged single historian dances to tell his lover that I'm still young and passionate as he reveals himself in front of his beloved little girlfriend. I think everyone in the movie knows how to enjoy life, whether poor or rich. Paris is like a besieged city, people inside want to get out and people outside want to get in. People living in Paris think it is a cold, impersonal, no passion, aimless life. But for me, I think it is the utopia in my heart, romantic, free and easy, elegant and beautiful. I like the way French women treat love, love is love, and it never gets involved after leaving. Sometimes I imagine holding a long baguette in my arms, walking down the Champs-Elysees, smiling and saying hello to strangers.

Paris version of Love Actually Paris is a city of love The main task is very interesting, but the portrayal of the little people has yet to be deepened

There are many stories in every city, and the story in Paris is even more romantic. Maybe the story is more about love? Although the same life, old age, sickness and death, love and hatred. The same market, bakery, wage earners, college students, unemployed, middle class. The film comes slowly, history and present, C'est La Vie, Paris. I love it...

Paris quotes

  • Élise: [in French] You're all alone here? What do you do all day?

Pierre: [in French] Watch other people live. Wonder who they are, where they go? They become hereoes in my little stories.

  • Pierre: [discussing his nieces and nephew] We've gotta be honest and say I'm gonna croak.

    Élise: That's not certain.

Pierre: Then it'll be a nice surprise, if it's not true.
