The Great Debaters

repeat this passage twice, and the weights contained in it are by no means the same.
For the first time, the coach told the players this story, but the players didn't really understand it. Later, after these students witnessed genocide and racial discrimination with their own eyes, they deeply understood the extremely disadvantaged position of blacks and their powerlessness to change the status quo.
They chose what they could do and used language as a weapon.
The debater overcame all obstacles, reached the finals, and came to Havard. Before the decisive battle, the protagonist chooses to trust his teammates, give up the chance of glory, and let his teammates play. This is amazing. On the eve of the decisive battle when they decided to let their teammates replace themselves, the two repeated this sentence, bursting into tears. These tears contain powerlessness to reality, as well as ambition and determination.
There is a reunion in the story. The blacks won the game and the whole audience supported them to win. I am more pessimistic, I am here to write this story, it must be a tragedy.
