An irresponsible "film review" forced to write by a particularly irresponsible comment

Like the hero in the film, I'm going to make sense.

1. The heroine was not raped!

Evidence 1: The testimony of an old grandmother’s neighbor: “I heard a man crying and thought it was a fight between husband and wife.” It shows that the old man was also tortured by his conscience. Suppose it is rape, why do you want to shout?

Evidence 2: The old man has a foot injury. The bloody footprints in one place, the testimony of the neighbor's uncle, and later confirmed that the old man's feet were cut. If it is rape, and the old man has perseverance, why can't he end up being condemned by his conscience?

Evidence 3: There is money on the table. I thought it was the money left behind by the rampant rapists. But there is a condom on it. It should be the old man who put the money and the condom there and waited for the body therapist, but couldn't wait. He went to the bathroom and found that he was in the wrong house and fled.

Evidence 4: Lost car keys. Everything went wrong, if it were a rapist, I would be speechless.

Evidence 5: The performance of the heroine. First, there is no loud call for help, it may be frightened and unconscious (from cleaning and cheering in the later stage, it does not feel like a strong woman), it may be directly hitting the glass and fainting (correspondence evidence 2, indicating that the old man has been injured) . The second is to not allow subsequent investigations. It can be said that they are afraid of reputation damage and can barely prove that they have not received sexual assault.

2. The drama "Death of the Salesman" in the play set off the plot very well

The first paragraph: The person who plays the prostitute in the play is ashamed and embarrassed to strike because of an actor's smile, and the person who laughs at her just thinks that she is very funny when she is wearing clothes and saying that she is naked. It indicates that seeing a woman naked is a life-threatening event, coupled with the performance setting, led to the panic and collapse of the heroine in the later period.

The second paragraph: The heroine of the drama complains about herself, and the heroine is full of complaints. The heroine has been unable to support in the life of the characters, and the heroine is also a little at a loss.

The third paragraph: the hero in the play abuses the boss. There is nothing to explain.

The fourth paragraph: the death of the hero in the play, and then ran to see the old man before the curtain call was over. It shows that the male protagonist is also very worried that the old man will die from a heart attack and that everything will eventually come to an end.

Well, after talking about these two points, it may be possible to fully refute those who occupy the moral high ground to judge the old man and the cunning, the female protagonist, the mother and the bitch, and the male protagonist who overcorrected the keyboard man.

Some people say that the director is too hard, and some people say that the foreshadowing is very deliberate. In my opinion, it is all okay. A good drama is nothing but a stone thrown on the lake where people's otherwise ordinary lives. Then bring yourself into each role, and calculate the real-time status of the steady state after the disturbance. As long as these are natural enough, the actors perform well, and the details are outstanding, then the audience can choose what they need.

And what I saw in this film is the absolute contradiction between the male and female protagonists. The male protagonist tends to be rational and tends to maintain the axioms of the world. Since he has committed evil, he must be punished. It was originally for the wife's anger. In the end, although the hostess's advice was not high, he still couldn't help giving the lowest level of revenge. The female protagonist tends to be sympathetic. After the incident, the first thing that comes to mind is reputation, followed by scolding the male protagonist, and finally forgiving the old man.

Except for the old man's impulse, maybe he really didn't notice the move, just lifted his hair to see if it was a physical therapist. Every character was doing what he thought was right. The hostess hopes to calm down the pain as soon as possible and get back on track. The male protagonist's choice not to shrink is not only for his own face, but also for the defender of the family. The old man made up a lie to excuse himself and to make others live better. Neighbors must make clear their position in the face of right and wrong and seize the moral high point.

Overall, I think this film is very exciting.

9 points + Farhati made up. The concentration of Farhadi aesthetics (social drama + extreme dramatic tension + Iran's unique story logic) is perfectly presented. It can also be regarded as a rare screenwriter award in recent years (but the male protagonist gave it a little reluctantly). As for Oscar... (Fahadi and Maren Ade are fateful rivals!). The stage play dispels the stage sense of other scenes to a certain extent, and the use of intertextuality is quite pure and stable. However, the film's "no nonsense" also seems too crafty, and the ending is a bit delayed.

It is inevitable that I will be caught in a deep impression of a farewell and compare all subsequent works, but Fahadi is really a master of dramatists, and his lines seem to be eloquent but powerful, but this time with the "Salesman" drama itself. Contact needs to be considered. The most successful thing is that even if the film is an event that can be displayed with violence and horror, the final effect is the anxiety and struggle of the young middle class. It's worth tasting, the two actors are very good
