? "Justice of Mercy"

The opposite of poverty is not wealth, but lack of justice. The theme of this movie is uncommon. It is adapted from the memoirs of human rights lawyer Brian. It is about a black lawyer who graduated from Harvard University and resonated with death row inmates because of an internship. He followed the original intention of "learning the law in order to help more people." And the story of going to the southern United States to provide legal aid to prisoners on death row. The film is mainly about the difficult case he encountered: the defense of a black man who was identified as a murderer only because of his skin color. The period is interspersed with the changes in everyone's attitude due to the incident. There is no turning point, because it is a movie, so everything seems to be expected. What moved me were a few small details. The assistant who smoked and said that he would not withdraw because of the threat of paranoia, the wronged offender sitting at the door of the execution room, the strong knocking sound from the top of the electric shock equipment, and the prosecutor who finally admitted that he was wrong...Have hope It is the prerequisite for all struggles. Pursuing justice is a hard work. What is the justice in your heart?

There are many such affirmative films, and there have been a lot of racial discrimination works in the past two years, including the American drama "When They See Us" adapted from the Central Park case. The performance of this film is really lackluster except for the actual adaptation. From the death penalty in the middle, the whole story has been running off the track, and there are too many things to express. All big-name celebrities are reduced to symbols in this film. The difference is not a breath, but sprinkled blood.
