A carnival triggered by a mouse

The first aspect is the dark humorous part that I personally like. At first, the old man shot into the sewer, and then the house collapsed by building stairs and the basement collapsed. In the end, the whole house collapsed. Although there was no restraint, it did satisfy the audience's evil taste. Imagination, you think it can be as bad as it can be, and it is estimated that the scriptwriters have been brainstormed.

The second aspect is the rat's special effects. I am very surprised that there was such a vivid CG technology in 1997 to make the rat so vividly.

The third aspect is the completeness of the story. There are not only the lucky line running through the unity, but also the contradiction between the brothers. The echo of the oil painting and the mouse seems to be the feeling of the game.

The two leading actors worked very hard and found traces of Xu Zheng's performance.

    So many mice look disgusting!

I watched it many years ago. It can be said that a comedy film can have such a compact plot without a single nonsense and waste. It is really amazing. Of course there may also be a sense of occasional joy and preconceived nostalgia that drove me to a high score of 5 stars.

Mousehunt quotes

  • Ernie: Hey! Don't go!

[indicationg the flood in the house]

Ernie: A demonstration of how durable a LaRue really is! Now you know this house will last *forever*!

    [the house crashes down]

  • Alexander: I own eveything of LaRue. His books, his letters.

    [signifies shoes]

    Alexander: You see these shoes?

    ErnieLars: LaRue's?

Alexander: No, but I'm sure he would have loved them.
