It is indeed a dual personality. The door guard and the so-called policeman who "specially handle suicide cases" are all the doctors, who play role-playing with him, and help him provide unreasonable clues to help him recover in a timely manner. Everyone notice that the colonel wears a white lab coat at the end of the film-the attending doctor. The protagonist was carried to the mountain before the ambulance closed. The suicide line police showed a knowing smile-the treatment was successful. There are many details in the film that are not listed one by one.

The film has no day scenes, no natural light, and almost no location. From images to narratives, music, and performances, the style is extremely strange. But the mood and atmosphere of gloom, depression, horror, loneliness, despair, sadness, and humor are just right to blend with the atmosphere. The translation of the title is a bit misleading. Although the content is about self-recognition and integration, it is not a "personality split" in the true sense. In the first half, I felt blocking my eyes and chest, almost abandoning the drama, but in the second half I actually cried.
