This sentence is (roughly) correct, but it uses a wrong word: put. In order to make the details and the little people shine, some directors use too much force and "release" deliberately, so that people can see that they are "intentional".

The difference between these two words is the difference between "positioning" and "capture".
The reason for recommending this film is that all kinds of interesting characters in it are also "posed", but the advanced level of "swing" is infinitely similar to "grabbing", so those people look different and interesting.
