I want to talk about the clues I found about the children to show that everything is actually the thought world of the male protagonist.
1: When first entering the door, the two children of the male lead used a white cloth to cover themselves and play hide-and-seek with the male lead. The white cloth was covered with blood spots, and it was not very clean and old blood stains.
2: One night the two little girls would not be able to play a complete piano music at all. The next day the male lead saw the two children in front of the window but could play freely.
