Kind of like

First of all, even as a fan of the goosebumps series, I have to say that this film is pretty suck. The value of the first part is not high, and I did not expect that there will be a second part this year. There was "Game of the Brave" before and "Wonderful Night at the Museum", not to mention that when all kinds of similar children's fantasy movies were flooded with it, it is really not new to show us these now. But back then, when I was (really) a child, the world and various stories in the book made me happy. In the domestic children's books at that time, among the various novels that used plastic cards to decrypt and select the plot development to keep turning pages, I chose "Goosebumps" and a domestic thriller series "Daewoo Mysterious Surprise". I will always remember the countless times when my mother bought me a genuine book that was relatively expensive at that time, and the feeling of secretly reading with my brother in the attic. He is my Stephen King and my Rowling. This is my childhood. "Goosebumps" obviously has its own independent cosmology and world view, but now it is rubbing against the hot spots of retro children's adventure films of "Return to the Clown" and "Stranger Things". It is really sad to hope to win eyeballs with this. However, helplessly, the filming and filming of the novel is lost, and the classic that has delayed my childhood is a foregone conclusion. I can only hope that in the future someone will have a chance to remake it, seriously, hard, and put more energy into it. Relying on the classic American dramas of the original works.

I was deceived by the trailer. I saw the monster fight and thought it would be a [cabin in the woods], but there were enough monsters. Unfortunately, they were all just human flesh backgrounds in the big panorama. There were very few that could be clearly seen in the camera, but there were a lot of them. Not even a root hair. After the monster came out, there was nothing to do, the author wrote another story, and then put the monster back into the book, OVER! The whole movie has a weird feeling that the actors are nervous to death by the later soundtrack. ★☆

Adapted from RL Stein's bestselling book series of the same name, Goosebumps. The movie not only intercepts the story in the book, but also integrates the author RL Stein into the plot. It tells the story of a neighbor boy who accidentally brought the fantastic and terrifying creatures in Stan's book into the real world. In order to avoid these huge numbers of terrifying monsters from destroying the peaceful town, Stan must unite his neighbors and daughters in desperate resistance...
