The world kisses me with pain, when it returns with a song

2017/6/10 Rain 13:26 "Su Yuan" is a hopeful and beautiful movie as a whole. After watching the movie for two full hours, the darkness I thought I would see was not much colored. This can be seen from its movie poster, the family smiles together, as if nothing happened to them, that smile gives me a feeling of hope from the heart, and the large-scale warm color style is obviously Not the same as "The Furnace". This movie has been stored in my online disk for a long time, but I have never watched it. I thought about it, maybe its name doesn't appeal to me? Or maybe just looking at the name didn't get me interested in watching the movie? In short. It was not until today in 2017 that I accidentally opened it, and I was shocked by my spirit and soul. This year, it has been 4 years since the film was released, and 5 years have passed since the real event happened. I don't know, is this girl Suyuan okay? Those of us viewers may experience only a short 2 hours, and the extended time of touching is also short, but Suyuan, a child, she has to remember for a lifetime... After Baidu, I learned. "So Won" was adapted from a true event and made into a movie, based on the sexual assault of a young child in Suncheon, South Korea in 2012. The specifics of the case will not be explained in detail here. It can be seen that movies are movies after all, and reality is often more cruel and sad. I have seen many films of the same type before, and the style of the painting is the kind of dark rendering, which more deeply reveals the ugliness of reality. But this "Su Yuan" is really full of hope. Although there are unavoidable realities, what it tells me is mostly a warm and kind scene in the world. Dad later insisted on wearing cartoon costumes to approach and amuse the child lamely; the help from the friends of the protagonist's family; the care and greetings from the children of the same age at the child's school; ... I think the screenwriter and director used these pictures to also want to tell , those children in the world who are also pixelated and families who have suffered similar hardships, the light of hope will come, and at the same time our real society can be so heartwarming... In the film, I am quite impressed with a sentence from Suyuan's mother. She looked at Suyuan who was playing with the puppy in the yard, and said to the psychotherapist: "There are so many children in the world, why does this happen to Suyuan in our family? How I hope they suffer from the same Suyuan is in the same pain, so that Suyuan in our family will not be concerned by them." How hard does it take for a mother to say such a thing? Some of us who are not parents may not be able to feel it. It is a mother's grief and a powerless accusation of reality.

I also admire Suyuan, the child's own psychological endurance, what kind of thoughts can make her run to hug her father's leg and stop her from hurting that beast. She cried and said, "Dad don't, don't..." (Personally, the psychological age of Suyuan's character in the movie is a bit beyond my expectations. I think she is very sensible and mature, even though she is seven or eight. Year-old little girl) But no matter whether it is the deliberate arrangement of the screenwriter and the director, I think the occurrence of this kind of thing will leave a lifelong trauma to the child's body and mind.

Suyuan is as described in the words of the poet Tagore: the world kisses me with pain, and repays it with songs.

This is the courage of a child, but it makes me feel distressed and uncomfortable. She still has a long life to continue to face bravely and optimistically, to face the kindness and malice of reality. Come back to reality.

Most of us should consider ourselves lucky to be able to get through our teenage years safely. Thankfully, when I was young, there were no bad guys in my life. However, in a world with sunlight, there must be a dark side. May people be kind... the world is full of love...

(There are many children in the family, may the danger stay away from them, and grow up happily and healthily ❤) 2017/6/10 14:24 END
