A dark humoured and absurd SoHo Odyssey

Definitely not something you will expect from Scorsese, but still good and worth a watch. highly entertaining, cleverly written, attention holding to the last.

1. Nothing is predictable after every comic turn of the film, there is a sense of menace increase and you are not sure at any minute the film is going to explore into a blood bath.

2. The camera plays the role of an amused narrator, with a willful personality of its own, wildly racing across images to scritinize small details like Marcy's thighs and floating 20 dollars.
