If memories could be erased, would we be able to reduce suffering?
People always tend to remember unpleasant ones and ignore the good ones.
When you feel that your mind is full of painful memories, it is not that you have experienced too many ups and downs,
but that your brain has lost the ability to dig out the good.
This is the difference between an optimist and a pessimist.
A rare non-comedy film by Jim Carrey is actually more worth watching in the winter.

Appreciate the poem from the title:
"How happy is the blameless vestal's lot
The world forgetting, by the world forgot
Eternal sunshine of the spotless mind
Each prayer accepted and each wish resigned."
—— Alexander Pope "

Chinese translation:
pure How happy is a flawless person!
For a person who forgets the world, the world also forgets him
. The sunshine in the flawless heart is eternal and brilliant
. Every prayer is accepted and every wish is fulfilled."

It's not so much a romance movie as it is a philosophy.

How many people know that this piece is actually called "warming inner light", it is ambiguous and warm, saying that the Eastern Han Dynasty Cui Yuan's poem "Motto" is not precious in Nirvana, and warming contains light. It means "the surface is dim and unclear, but the inner part contains light." It fits the theme of the movie. I have always felt that the translation of mainland movies is better than Hong Kong and Taiwan—too much!
