romance to death

I don't know if everyone has to go through a certain minute. After this minute, all the happiness seemed to be attached to torture, and at that moment, he fell from a height and fell into an abyss of thousands of bundles. In his time, Chris learned the truth about his parents' love. And the joy of childhood is like a deceit of inferior disguise in the face of the truth.

That minute was a disaster for little Chirs, and it was indeed a good news for those of us who love to read stories. Perhaps people with quarrels or indifferent memories are more likely to be romantic. During these two and a half hours, I thought of Ah Fei more than once. The minute he stared at the watch sent Su Lizhen into the abyss, and the famous line about the footless bird is just as fitting for Chris.

Some people say that Wong Kar Wai behind Ah Fei is a prisoner of memory.

What about Chris? It seems that the ambiguity of the lamp dyed and the wine is not a good description of such a high sky and water on the road. He wanted to get rid of all his involvement and rushed out desperately. He just couldn't get the answers he wanted. Because he has been deceived, he no longer believes in everything he takes for granted: Harvard Law School, a decent smile in a decent restaurant, why he can prove himself with a pile of documents that have little to do with him, and why he relies on it is another bunch of currency symbols with no real meaning?
He thought that if he left, he could start over. A new name, new coordinates, a new encounter, and a new Alaska that is repeatedly mentioned like a grind. I thought he could do it. He could even be Errol Morris' fifth story: went to South Dakota, worked in an active barn, then down the Colorado River, down the Grand Canyon, through the rapids, and down Colorado to Mexico... He can speak warmly to the big camera about the hat that Jane held back tears, or introduce the girl who lied about 18 years old and is now with him with a sweet face. He can proudly say a closing sentence at the end of the film: You see, we are all our own gods.
The problem is that we all forget that no one can start all over again. Yes, we are different every second, and every second we face a new self. Only the premise of facing is to admit the existence of the previous second. What has already happened cannot be changed. The price of romance is a desperate struggle with memory, and a terrible loss in the end. Chris can subvert everything, subvert the existence of society, subvert secular values, subvert the proof of launching that took 12 years to obtain, but he will never be able to subvert where he came from, what is he escaping from, and he is looking forward to that place. How the two people are eager to see through and saddened to speed up their old age.
With tears in his eyes, he watched the herd of deer running by happily, shouted excitedly and jumped into the water from the top of the hill, sang a love song with the little girl named Tracy, and jokingly called his new name MR. Supertramd. Chris can of course truly believe that new experiences can crowd out old memories. But those stubborn, lingering things can be casually attached to an old man who calls to confess to his son or a question about when to go back, and then easily draw your tears. No matter how stubbornly denied it, there is no way.
I believe Chris has a lot of joy that we ordinary people will never experience. Although nature does not favor human beings, nor will it change its desired ending according to my wishes, but if you get close to it without hesitation, it will fairly divide the enjoyment you deserve. It's just not right, take this right as all happiness. Animals have simple thinking, and they cannot bear long-term memory, but people are different, and ignoring the past is actually ignoring themselves.
So at the last moment, Chris is still a prisoner of memory. At the end of this war that was struggling to resist but doomed to fail, CHRISTOPHER JOHNSON MCCANDLESS (no longer a great supertramd) with a gaunt face, just exhausted the last ounce of strength and pretended to be happy, assuming that if he could run into the arms of those two with a smile, Is it possible to see a corner of the blue sky at the moment?

This story turned out to be true.
