How long have you been unmoved by some of the most natural sights and the simplest emotions? It is a touch that lingers in the chest for a long time, which inspires thoughts and inspires wisdom.
A simple story. Four urbanites used the river channel that was about to disappear due to the construction of a dam from the weekend to play rafting, and encountered a series of unfortunate incidents that occurred along the road due to closed mountain residents. In the process, the mood of the audience changes from relaxation to relaxation, from anger to relief, from surprise to abrupt and overwhelming as the incident develops without warning but with reason. . . . . .
The natural scene in the film is beautiful and exquisite, and the sound of the turtledove throughout the film is perfectly matched with the picture. The fusion and conflict between man and nature, between the city and the country, are on the screen. I heard that the original author of the film is a famous poet. I don’t understand poetry and I don’t usually read poems, but I feel a strong poetic and artistic flavor in this film.
The main actors performed wonderfully. It’s not surprising that Jon Voight played well. Burt Reynolds, a playboy character, showed his ability to be more than just a vase. Ned Beatty’s failure to get an Oscar nomination was a big mistake in the Academy of Film and Television. The scene of his rape in the woods has been completed classic.
The film was nominated for three Oscars including best picture but failed to win. It was lost to probably the greatest movie in film history so far-The Godfather. In fact, it is one thing to be unrewarded, leaving such a work that will be enjoyed by film lovers for a long time is the work of the director and the blessing of future fans.
I gave this film a score of 9 on IMDB. I have a habit of giving myself some time to settle before giving a perfect score of 10 points to any movie, or the opportunity to watch it once or twice, which is a bit similar to the selection of the sports hall of fame. This film is on my list of candidates for the "Movie Hall of Fame".
