1. From schindler's list, Janusz Kaminski basically only works for Director Schindler. All of his later films were directed by him. First generation Polish immigrants. Probably Jewish. This Jew's technical work is really awesome! The work attitude is German, and the people are smart and willing to study and innovate.

The other few filmed films include the latest The Diving Bell and the Butterfly and the jerry
maguire (tom cruise) that year.

There is a small feature of this dude's photography (which may also be Director Si's feature): if two people are talking, walking, etc., he often moves the camera and moves in place for a moment. It is not the usual set of positive and negative hits and cuts. In short the camera is always in motion.

In addition, the director of the scene scheduling, the personnel occupation is particularly good, making full use of the width and depth of the picture, and it is well-proportioned.

2. robert richardson
did aviator, shutter island, bringing out the dead for old martin, casino
did pinkville for oliver stone, u turn, nixon, jfk, natrual born killers, heaven and earth,
the doors, born on the fourth of july, talk radio, wall street, platoon, Salvador
worked odd jobs, did the good shepard, kill bill I II, the four feathers, wag the dog, the horse whisperer, a few good men

I admire his photography of aviator, nixon, jfk, natural born killers very much. Especially the aviator, it's really wonderful. Also liked the photography of the horse whisperer doing odd jobs. His photography is not the same as the former, and his photography seems more calm. Kaminski photography appears more restless.

These two are probably the top titans in the photography world today. Watching their films, watching the photography itself is a great enjoyment.

In addition, there are two other people who have filmed Oliver Stone.

3. Rodrigo Prieto

shot alexander for oliver stone.
This dude is famous for filming Amores perros, 21gram, babel for a Mexican director. I also filmed breakback mountain, se jie for Ang Lee. I
worked odd jobs for 25th hour/8 miles/frida/original sin

. From the films he shot, you can see how much control the director has over photography. The frida photography he shoots has the surging feeling of a simmering fire in the heart of tropical South America, and shooting 25th Hour is the indifferent photography style of spike lee. This guy is Mesozoic in photography, but feels very promising.

4. Salvatore Totino

, this dude used to be the second camera assistant, first assistant, and then the pilot. When shooting any given sunday of Oliver Stone, he was the director of photography. Then, after filming a not-so-savoury changing lane, I finally got the appreciation of ron howard and became a dedicated staff member, and successively filmed the missing/cinderella man/the da vinci code for him. The two will also collaborate on frost/nixon, angels and demons.

5. Phedon Papamichael
Photographer who now shoots W. for Oliver stone.
Before that, he was specialized in making relatively good independent films, 3:10 to yuma, the pursuit of happiness, walk the line, the weather man. He was famous when he made the independent film the sideways.
I have photographed several lesser known films before , including identity, moonlight mile.
Before that, I have shot several lesser known films, Mousehunt, While You Were Sleeping, and Poison Ivy.

6. Seamus McGarvey
photographed the world trade center for oliver stone.
Then there was an offer from Charlotte's Web. Then I got Joe Wright, Atonement, The Soloist. Sahara/Along Came Polly/The Hours/Wit/Enigma/High Fidelity.
