As soon as the movie started, I was immediately reminded of Age of Empires, the real-time strategy game I was obsessed with in college, knowing that the British longbowmen were the strongest archers. Aside from the label of the great key figures that influences the course of history imposed on Robin Hood, the rest of the movie is good. The weapons and armor are realistic, with good texture, and there are many refreshing things in the details of the battle, such as hanging oil skin bags on the city gate, and then shooting them with rockets; when the defenders of the city were fighting the most intense, someone actually brought food up, Shouting "drink soup, drink soup" hehe.
After watching this film, I can understand why the origin of the queen is popular in European countries. There is also the fact that Sir Walter was cremated after his death, which is really advanced.
The weapon used by Robin Hood in the final charge was something like a long-handled hammer. I believe this weapon should be the most simple, practical and effective when chain mail is popular.
