An audio-visual feast that stirs my heart

Extraordinary films, in all senses, including entertaining viewing and a certain ideological, visual and auditory feast. Some of the songs in the film are too moving and too good to listen to, the sounds of nature and the soul. In fact, I didn't really care about musicals. Although I liked "The Sound of Music", I couldn't find it at all in "Singing in the Rain". And this "The King of the Circus" is very entertaining and exciting. The prototype of the story said such a kumquat: The noblest art is that of making others happy. The film is an excellent interpretation of this.

The advantage of musicals is that a lot of plots can be taken in one stroke... Motion transitions + lighting special effects changes, many years have passed. The inner emotions of the characters can also sing by themselves, simple and rude. Every song is very nice, and the dance with circus elements is also dazzling, but it is a pity that the sound of Jinsong Cinema is relatively poor. Uncle Wolf and Efron are two generations of singers and dancers, but the older ones are more relaxed. Freak Circus is a carnival of human nature, the highest level of art that brings happiness to people.

    1. I was not disappointed, both the songs and the costumes were amazing and impressive. 2. The passages of Rebecca Ferguson singing "Never Enough" are too delicate and don't need too many words, three eyes from three people are enough. 3. Three kisses ① Rebecca's farewell kiss ② Uncle Hugh and his wife's return kiss ③ Zendaya and ZacEfron's shattering kiss

Charity Barnum: I never wanted anything but the man I fell in love with.

P.T. Barnum: [Sung] And let this promise/in me start/like an anthem in my heart/

    Charity Barnum: However big/however small

P.T. Barnum: From now on... from now on

  • P.T. Barnum: Folks, if you're looking to get paid, the money's gone. There's nothing left to give...

Lettie Lutz: Shut up, Barnum. You just don't get it. Our own mothers were ashamed of us. Hid us our whole lives. Then you pull us out of the shadows. Now you're giving up on us too. Maybe you are a fraud. Maybe it was about making a buck. But you gave us a real family.

W.D. Wheeler: And the circus... that was our home. We want our home back.
