"15 Minutes" is an action drama produced in 2001. It is directed by John Hertzfeld and co-starred Robert De Niro , Edward Burns , Kelsey Grammer and Avery Brooks . It was released in the United States on March 9, 2001. The film tells the story of two Eastern European men, Emile and Oleg, who came to New York shortly after being released from prison. They found their accomplices who had betrayed them, killed them and burned the scene.
