"Antz" is an animated film produced by DreamWorks, directed by Eric Darnell and Tim Johnson , and dubbed by Woody Allen , Sharon Stone , Sylvester Stallone , Eugene Allen Hackman , and Dan Aykroyd . The film was released in the United States on October 2, 1998   . The film tells the story of a worker named Z-4195 who suddenly wanted to exchange jobs with the soldier ant. He was not brave enough to become a hero and win the love between the ant princess Bara   .
