The remake of the OVA version was broadcast on February 10, 2006 after the anime fans and the author himself responded strongly to the criticism of the TV version of Hellsong . A total of ten episodes ended on February 13, 2015.

The film is based on the novel of the same name by John Arvid Lindkovist. "I Still Know What You Did Last Summer" is a horror mystery film directed by Danny Cannon, starring Jennifer Love Hewitt and Freddie Prinz Jr., released in 1998. The film tells the story of a series of bizarre events unfolding on the island of Tawan Island in the Bahamas together two years later.

"Urban Legend" is a Terror thriller and suspense film directed by Jamie Blacks, featuring Jared Leto, Alicia Witt, Rebecca Gehalt and others. It was released in the United States on September 25, 1998.  The film tells the story of a series of homicides at Puddleton University in New England, USA. Natalie and her friends became the targets of the murderers while pursuing the real murderer.
