      Little things to grow up

This independent sketch, which was well received at this year's Sundance Film Festival, may seem uninteresting at first glance. Three adolescent rebellious teenagers, ran away from home and took the mountain as king. There are no profound discussions on social issues, and no bizarre adventures....

U'r Just A Reflection Of Ur Family.

A child is a family, the reflection is really right.
There are children who always feel that they cannot communicate with their family members and are not pleasing to the eye because you are too similar.
Just like Joe in the movie.
He's no worse asshole than his dad.
If you think you are a Loser,...

The tone is there, but it's still a bit worse. Running away from home and getting rid of imprisonment and being king with my best friend is exactly the same as my thoughts when I was 15 years old. Jungles, creeks, cliff jumping and heavy rain all have the same truth as youth. Returning to innocence is also returning to nature, and the lens captures it just right. The soundtrack is great, especially those with 8 bit flavor. I really like the scene where the red light of friendship turns to green at the end.

It's still a long way from the Moonrise Kingdom.

    The Kings of Summer quotes

    • Rookie Cop: Mr. Toy, are you familiar with the boy who cried wolf?

Frank: Yes I have experienced a childhood on the planet earth, so... yes I've heard of that one.

Frank: Do you think you can apply it to my situation in an allegorical fashion?

    • Rookie Cop: Ah, sarcasm. The poor man's wit.
