Neither canned comedy nor documentary comedy, nor satirical comedy nor inspirational comedy. The characters are not as good as "Trailer Boy", as stupid as "The Office", and as dramatic as "Seinfeld".
It's just this kind of unreliable feeling that's hard to laugh at.
