Compare this to "Criminal Minds", one easily recognizes the parralels of practically all the main characters. I am not interested in who copies whom; but the comparison is to NCIS's disadvantage on every count!

I think it's mainly the acting. It is difficult to think of a TV actor more annoying...

I don't like it. I watched the first few episodes and then the latest episodes. I found that not only the plot continuity is strong, but also the character struggles. I always feel that this department is too marginal.
