Even with the standards of twenty years ago, the script is still very poor. It basically incorporates the typical shortcomings of American movies: sudden quarrels, endless trash talk, settings out of reality (who can't know linear algebra) and wanton silly jokes. A small piece cut into 85 minutes may barely pass the score.
