      Confess Peggy

Finished the second season today, and continued with the first season. I watched the first 5 seasons of the first season first, and then started the second season, a mysterious viewing order. The soundtrack, editing, and various timelines are perfect, and Batman's girlfriend's acting is impeccable. I hated it to death for the first nine episodes, and finally became a fan suddenly.
I always feel that Peggy is very similar to me: ignorant, self-righteous, impractical but always fantasizes...

      short comment

I like the north very, very much, the north of the United States, desolate, desperate, simple and warm between people.

That is, it is freezing and snowing outside, working, sweating, going home to take a shower, sitting by the window or by the fire, reading a little book, drinking a few sips of tea, and then looking at the reflected snow outside. A life to yearn for.

The camera is almost brutally calm. No fancy tricks, just telling a story honestly.

      If consensus does not exist

I've been thinking about that conversation lately. The young girl held Ben Camus and said, "Camus said knowing that people are mortal makes life a joke," and the mother with cancer held her six-year-old child and said, "That's because he doesn't have a six-year-old. My daughter, we are all born with a purpose, we have a time limit to accomplish our purpose, try to tell God after you die that it is a joke."

What's interesting is that when the girl was arranged to say this for the...

      rich, too rich

Shadows of the Coen brothers are everywhere. The dark night shootout in "No Country for Old Men", the killer treats his wounds in front of the mirror, the flying saucer in "The Absentee" creates the most indescribable sense of alienation in the film, and the heroine played by Cohen's wife in "Burn After Reading" directly Taken by Dunst to Minnesota in the 1970s.

Still nowhere near the level of a Fargo movie. Everyone has a full stomach of history and worldview. The killer will...

The tragedy caused by a bottle of pesticide

This American drama is without a doubt the best drama on my annual list. The quality of each episode is like a movie, and the American people and other American dramas are updated once a week, and occasionally there is a winter break. Although it is not as enjoyable as my seven or eight episodes a day, but if it is such an excellent work, wait for a while. Why not. I made an exception to write a long review for a TV drama, and I always felt a little indebted if I didn’t write anything. It's...

The rude and cute Jesse Plemons and Dunst are the most eye-catching combination of the year. The plot gradually opens and the butterfly effect incites an endless chain reaction. The absurdity and humor directly follow Cohen. The UFO setting is similar to the plain version of "Twin Peaks"; the flavor of the 1970s The gangsters have dreams, the killers have feelings, the housewives have pursuits, the police have fetters, everyone is Sisyphus, and it looks better than the first...

Too appetizing. God, is there any drama like this? Milligan is too much, and he is still teaching the old gangster family: you are the past tense, we are the future, and it is inevitable that the future will replace the past. In the next second, I "killed" the old gang and thought that I wanted to become the black boss myself, but the boss said: there is a future, you will sit in the office in the future, and think more about how to save expenses and expand income... Hahaha, the bloody melee...

The first 5 episodes are very good, the last 5 episodes are rubbish, and they are legendary rubbish. I regret watching it. It's not as good as the first 5 episodes, and the last 5 episodes are...

    Movie quotes

    • Betsy Solverson: [Lou drinks milk out of the carton] We got glasses.

Lou Solverson: Tastes different in a glass.

    • Lou Solverson: It's a diner robbery in Minnesota, Karl. Not a presidential assassination.

Karl Weathers: Oh, sure. That's how it starts... with something small like a break-in at the Watergate Hotel. But just watch. This thing's only getting bigger.

    • Dodd Gerhardt: You're the comic in a piece of bubblegum!

Rye Gerhardt: Well, I mean, says you!
